# FRAP Chapters

FRAP Chapters is the Local Mastermind Leader program from Honor & Fire.
Chapter leaders run local masterminds for small business owners using the
FRAP model — Frequency, Referrals, Average ticket, and Pricing — the four
levers a small business can pull to increase profit without increasing
lead volume.

This site is for prospective chapter leaders: people who want to launch and
lead a local mastermind in their own city.
